Within a 10km radius of the store, you'll find Local Delivery, where you can purchase both fresh and packaged products.
Available deliveries are:
Local Home Delivery
· This service is only active within 10km of the store (Bra -Cn 12042) .
· After entering your postcode in the dedicated field, you can check if you are covered and access the specific product catalog.
· The minimum order is €19.90 .
· Shipping for this service is always free.
· Once the order has been confirmed and the time slot has been assigned, it will not be possible to change the day and time slot .
Standard Express Delivery (rest of Italy and Europe)
· This service is active throughout the rest of the country and in Europe via courier.
· Delivery times are between 2 and 8 working days .
· The minimum order is €19.90 for Italy , while for Europe it is €69 .
· For Italy , shipping is free for orders over €69 , otherwise it has a base cost of €7.99 . For Europe , shipping is free for orders over €159 , otherwise it has a base cost of €7.99 .
· As soon as the courier picks up your order, you will receive an email with a link to track your shipment.
With the Local Delivery service, you or a representative must be present at the chosen address and time.
If no one is present, the order will be considered cancelled.
The cost of delivery and fresh produce cannot be refunded.
With Standard Delivery service
(Italy and abroad) two delivery attempts are expected. After each

In-Store Pickup
Yes, in-store pickup is available for the Bra store, and it's free.

Simply present the order number found in your order confirmation email along with a valid ID (not necessarily the same as the person who placed the order online).

Payment
If you place an order with delivery to one of the postcodes covered by the Local Delivery service, you can pay for your purchases by credit card, PayPal, or cash on delivery (on delivery).
If you place an order with delivery to one of the postcodes covered by the Standard Express Delivery service (Rest of Italy), you can pay for your purchases by credit card, PayPal, Google Pay, or Apple Pay.
For orders with delivery abroad, please check the accepted payment methods directly on the checkout page.
At the time of ordering only an authorization is made
