Made from an ancient recipe from the early 20th century, 3 Medaglie d'Oro is made from the must of ripe, dried grapes. It's the most versatile product in the collection, dense and balanced, perfect for seasoning a wide variety of dishes, from sweet to savory.

Ingredients:

Cooked must of late grapes dried on racks; aged wine vinegar

Aging:

In oak barrels, disused from wineries

Tasting Notes:

Aromas of plum jam and red fruit intertwine with hints of honey and vanilla in this elixir of great density and sweetness.

Food Pairings:

Excellent on soft and mature cheeses, risottos, white meats, roast beef and boiled meats; perfect as a garnish on ice cream, yogurt and fresh fruit.
