Product Description
Harvested in Piedmont in May. Clear and delicate, with a typical vanilla and candy-like aftertaste. Does not crystallize.

Versatile and suitable for any use, it is excellent for accompanying different types of cheeses.
When the flowers begin to bloom, the hives are placed amidst acacia groves; the honey is harvested shortly before the end of flowering to obtain an exceptionally pure monofloral honey.
We bring the honey to the right moisture level before extraction, ensuring the integrity and long-term preservation of the product. Honey extraction is performed by cold centrifugation to preserve its nutritional value and organoleptic characteristics.
We filter the honey through fabric filters to remove any residual wax or other impurities. We store the honey in stainless steel containers and bottle it by hand.
