Organic Wildflower Honey

The hives are located amidst woods and meadows immersed in Piedmont's natural landscapes; the honey is harvested in spring and summer to produce an exceptionally rich multifloral honey.

We bring the honey to the right moisture level before extraction, ensuring the integrity and long-term preservation of the product. Honey extraction is performed by cold centrifugation to preserve its nutritional value and organoleptic characteristics.

We filter the honey through fabric filters to remove any residual wax or other impurities. We store the honey in stainless steel containers and bottle it by hand.
