Frantoio olive oil boasts a 20% addition of extra virgin olive oil. It's suitable for a wide range of culinary uses, especially for frying because it can withstand the higher temperatures required for this type of cooking without burning, that is, without reaching the "smoke point." This is the point at which fat alters and loses its color, generating unpleasant-tasting and sometimes toxic compounds. Therefore, when frying, we recommend using olive oil and a nonstick pan with a thick bottom and rounded edges for best results.
