Made with only the finest traditional ingredients, such as Genoese Basil DOP, extra virgin olive oil, premium pine nuts, and 30-month Parmigiano Reggiano DOP. Our pesto is unpasteurized to preserve all its goodness, its characteristic bright green color, its fresh aromas, and its authentic flavor.

Ingredients:

Extra Virgin Olive Oil 62%, concentrated Genoese PDO Basil 26%, pine nuts, salt, aged Parmigiano Reggiano PDO ( milk , salt, rennet), garlic, wine vinegar, acidity regulator: lactic acid, citric acid.

For a typical Ligurian pesto pasta, cook thinly sliced ​​potatoes and a handful of green beans alongside the pasta, and season with the pesto diluted with a couple of tablespoons of the cooking water and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Remember not to add too much salt to the cooking water.
