EatDream's PGI Hazelnut Cake Mix (PPT) is a convenient and delicious way to make a hazelnut cake at home. With a special combination of flour and chopped hazelnuts, it guarantees a soft and balanced texture. Simply add eggs to the mix and bake for an irresistible cake. The 400g glass jar ensures optimal preservation, while the gluten-free formula makes it suitable for everyone. Experience the authentic taste of PGI Piedmont hazelnuts with this PPT.

60% Piedmont PGI hazelnut , raw cane sugar.

RECIPE:

“ADD 4 EGGS AND BAKE!”

Procedure:

  1. Separate the yolks from the whites.
  2. Pour the entire contents of the jar into a container, add the egg yolks and mix.
  3. Whisk the egg whites until stiff in a separate bowl.
  4. At this point, add the whipped egg whites to the hazelnut and egg yolk mixture (a little at a time, with a bottom-up motion) so as to obtain a smooth mixture.
  5. Prepare a 16 cm diameter cake tin by greasing it or using baking paper and pour everything in.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 35 minutes.
