Apple Juice & Elderflower
The scent of summer! Floral, full-bodied, and unique: in this cuvée, the aroma of elderflower is deeply intertwined with the juice of our sun-ripened apples. The trick: the elderflowers are extracted using the juice of our own apples, without any added sugar. The combination of these two elements, known for their thirst-quenching properties, makes this cuvée the quintessential summer drink.
Particularly recommended: as an aperitif, with grilled fish and vegetables, pasta with shellfish and crustaceans, and desserts.
Store in a cool, dark place. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 6 days.

Kohl Mountain Apple Juices are made preservable through gentle pasteurization, without the addition of preservatives, additives or sugars.
They do not contain any elements of animal origin or genetically modified products and have obtained Vegan certification from the European Vegetarian Union.
