A typical South Tyrolean! This mountain apple juice from the "Gravensteiner" variety has a cheerful straw yellow color and enchants with an unmistakable floral aroma, delicate notes of lemon, grapefruit, and spices. This juice offers a rich palate experience, thanks to its persistent freshness.
Particularly recommended: paired with raw fish, seafood, shellfish and cream soups.

The Gravensteiner summer variety is a spontaneous seed variety and is one of the tastiest apples in all of Europe. The fruit ranges from medium to large, with a yellow color when ripe and moderately firm, very juicy flesh.
