Product Description
The first truffle pasta in the world, invented by Tartuflanghe in 1990. Awarded the Best New Product Award at the 1992 Fancy Food Show, New York.
Artisanal pasta, skeined and packaged by hand after a slow drying process. Our tagliatelle are bronze-extruded, rolled, and hand-cut: all these steps give them a particularly elastic texture and excellent cooking resistance. The high percentage of eggs and truffle (7%) enhance the extraordinary flavor of this pasta.
Chef's tip: Cook the tagliolini in two liters of boiling salted water for about 4-5 minutes. Drain al dente and toss in a pan with a knob of melted butter and olive oil. Serve the pasta piping hot, sprinkled with grated Parmesan cheese.
